Information about Cold Steppe Inc., the plants we build, and what they produce - dispatchable power, industrial heat, and biochar. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an offer to sell, a contract, a promise of supply, or an offer of securities. Anything we agree to do will be set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs - not this website.

Site capacities, output figures, buildout timelines and 2030 targets on this site are projections of what we intend to build. They are not results, and they are not promises. They depend on financing, permitting, equipment delivery, feedstock supply and other things outside our control, and they will change.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, and nothing here is investment advice.

Laboratory values quoted on this site describe tested samples of our material. Industrial and built-environment applications are under evaluation and are qualified per buyer; we do not publish performance claims we have not tested for a given use. Field outcomes for the soil amendment depend on soil, crop, rotation, rate and season. Nothing here should be treated as agronomic, engineering, financial, legal or tax advice.

Cold Steppe and Nourishing Burn are trademarks of Cold Steppe Inc. The text, photography, graphics and design of this site belong to Cold Steppe Inc. or its licensors. You are welcome to read it, print it and share a link to it. You may not republish it as your own, use our name or marks to suggest an endorsement we have not given, or scrape the site to build a competing product.

Where we link out - to USDA, to a form hosted by another service, to a sister site - we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
